We will not be accepting orders via this website as of 12/06/2021.


We ship orders Monday-Friday excluding holidays via UPS, USPS and FedEX.

You will receive an email from Customer Service once your package has shipped.

Orders usually ship out same days as long as the order was received before 12 PM PST..


All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure the security and accuracy of transaction placed. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email. 

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days. If your order is placed over the weekend or a holiday and is flagged for further review, you will be contacted on the next business day

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, Squid Industries/ Headquarters LLC is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items. 

International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. Squid Industries/ Headquarters LLC Is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.


*Some brands are not allowed to ship outside of the United States due to manufacturer restrictions.

 **We currently do not ship to Russia, China, Venezuela, Ukraine, Brazil, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Greece and more. 

 ***Some shipping methods may be unavailable for certain international locations. 

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Squid Industries/ Headquarters LLC, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. We  strive in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user. 

Order Discrepancies: 

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue. 

Canceling and Altering Orders: 

Due to the volume of orders We receive and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order.
